You can made use of the Widgets to access the Bluetooth Page or go to Start - Settings - Network Settings - Bluetooth. Tap on the centre of the Bluetooth Icon with your Bluetooth Name to ON/OFF the Bluetooth.
Bluetooth Connection
You need to first search for the Bluetooth Devices you are connecting to it for the first time. After the Bluetooth Device appear on your Bluetooth Page, drag a node by pressing on the bluetooth device and drag it to your centre Bluetooth Icon. A node will form between the two of them and bluetooth connection is successful.

Bluetooth Visibility
Ensure that you have check the box(Green Dot) to enable visibility to other devices. If not check, other Bluetooth devices will not be able to detect your Omnia 2 presence and hence you will not be able to connect to them. Click on Menu and Device Info to change the visibility settings.
