Omnia support MMS and it is automatically setup after inserting your SIM Card. You can check whether you have the MMS Profile by going to the Messaging. Go to your Inbox and click on Menu at the left hand bottom of the screen and slect MMS Options. Click on the Profile Tab. You should see your service provider in the Active Profile. This means MMS has been setup and you can send and receive MMS. If your Active Profile has nothing, then you have to setup the MMS manually.
Your service provide should provide a automatic setup MMS configurator for you online or by sms method. Call up your service provider to check out the MMS setup options. I am including Singapore Singtel and USA T-Mobile MMS setup here as a guide.
