The Omnia Memory is made up of two parts which are the Storage and Program. You will not be able to adjust the memory allocation for each of them. Some PDA Phone has this function to adjust memory allocation between the Storage and Program.
Program Memory is the memory used to run your programs and Storage Memory is used for installing programs and store your files in. To conserve more main memory, you can install all your files to the My Storage. Although you do not install the programs into the main memory, the program link (*.lnk) will get copy to the main memory and some of the required system file will go into the main memory too. In addition, you can also stored all you files such as music, documents and others in My Storage or your Removable Memory Card.
If you used your Omnia for surfing internet, you must also clear the caches and the temporary files. These will up take space on your Omnia. You can use Clear Temp to clear away the caches and unused files.
