You can change the BlueTooth Name on your Samung Omnia. It is not change inside the Bluetooth Settings and that is why many Window Mobile Users is not able to figure out how to change it. Most Window Mobile Phones Manual also did not list out the instructions. The default BlueTooth Name is i900 for Omnia.
Steps to change BlueTooth Name
1. Go to Menu > Settings
2. Select Owner Information
3. Change the Name
4. Click on OK
The Name here is used by the BlueTooth as the identity name just like other phones such as Nokia, Sony Ericsson, LG and others will utilised the Phone Name as their BlueTooth Name.
