Samsung Omnia DXHH3 is the current stable version for Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam users. I have tested it on my Samsung Omnia and my carrier is Singtel. It should work on M1 and Starhub also. Use it at your own risk. If your are not confident, you can visit Samsung Service Centre for the update also.
