You need to obtain the Gingerbread House Plans in order to build the Gingerbread House Surprise. This is a Tactical Weapon and is available through crafting only. The plans are dropped by the Worker Mouse and Christmas Tree Mouse in the Festive Comet and reveal the recipe for creating the Gingerbread House Surprise weapon.
